Outdoor Exercise in Limone sul Garda – Visit Limone

Looking for well-being from the early morning?
Starting the day with a gentle activity in the open air, guided by a qualified instructor, is a natural way to feel better both physically and mentally.
From July 1st to September 15th, at the Municipal Sports Field of Limone (via Fasse 29/L), tourists and residents are invited to take part — free of charge — in a revitalizing morning session: muscle awakening with an instructor, every Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m.

It’s the perfect opportunity to take care of your body, relax, and enjoy the fresh morning air in a truly unique natural setting.
The gentle stretching exercises, suitable for all ages and fitness levels, help improve breathing and boost vitality.
This light, gradual form of exercise is designed to gently activate the body, prepare muscles and joints for the day, improve mobility and posture, and reduce tension built up during sleep.

These exercises help to:
• Loosen muscle stiffness
• Stimulate blood circulation
• Increase energy and focus
• Promote mental relaxation

The movements are slow, controlled, and suitable for everyone — even those not used to regular exercise.
Gentle stretching improves flexibility and supports overall well-being by preventing minor muscular and joint discomfort.

Participation is free and no booking is required.
In case of bad weather, the activity will take place at the Limone Sports Hall (via Tovo).
